Beyond the boardroom, Kevin is a single father of three boys — Levi, Liam, and Kai. The idea for CEOs & ABCs came from the struggle he knows firsthand: chasing big career goals while trying to be fully present at home. After years of late nights, missed moments, and the realization that presence matters more than perfection, Kevin set out to create a podcast where executives could be honest about that tension — and share how they navigate it.
